Major tasks:
• Provide support to the office of the responsible Deputy Minister and relevant Departments of the Ministry to coordinate project and programme activities related to strengthening of coordination mechanisms to prevent and respond to GBV/CRSV.
• Provide support to the office of responsible Deputy Minister and relevant Departments of the Ministry to coordinate the work on elaboration of the legal documents, guidelines, norms to implement
national legislation on GBV/CRSV;
• Contribute to preparing and documenting the meetings of the experts (experts working groups) relevant to the project and programme activities
• Ensure all required reference materials and draft documents are distributed timely to the members of the coordinated working groups;
• Maintain close contacts and support coordination at the technical level with all stakeholders involved in the process of GBV/CRSV response policy development, including at the national / regional / local levels;
• Maintain close coordination with UNFPA and other organisations providing support to the Government in the areas related to GBV/CRSV prevention and response
• On the request of the Deputy Minister collect and draft summary/analysis of information from the field;
• On the request of the Deputy Minister collect documents, information and draft talking points for the Deputy Minister for meetings, conferences, etc;
• Support the MoSP and substantially contribute to the organisation of roundtables, group meetings, public discussions/hearings or other events related to GBV response policy;
• Perform other duties and relevant assignments of technical and coordination support nature including communications and partner relations as requested by the Deputy Minister of Social Policy
