Major tasks
1. Communication Strategy Development:
● Develop a communication vision and strategy for promoting in the UN agencies of Ukraine’s social
media during the campaign period (November 25, 2024, to December 10, 2024).
● Suggest key messages tailored to the target audience.
● Prepare a content plan for the campaign, categorised according to the main goals of the project.
2. Campaign Development:
● Develop the visual style of the campaign, ensuring it aligns with UN branding.
● Create campaign hashtags to promote engagement and track reach, such as #16DaysUkraine,
#EndGBV, #SupportSurvivors.
● Additional related activities to enhance campaign impact as needed.
3. Social Media Texts:
● Draft post texts based on the messages and input provided by the client. The contractor must develop
at least 16 posts (one for each day of the campaign) and adapt the copy for different UN social media
platforms.
● Incorporate a call to action in the posts, promoting services, hotlines, and educational materials for
those affected by GBV or those wanting to learn more.
4. Visuals for Social Media:
● Design quote cards with powerful quotes from survivors and public figures advocating against GBV.
● Develop awareness-raising visuals that explain the campaign’s themes and goals in engaging ways. Produce at least 16 visual materials, such as comics, digital art, GIFs, adapted for various UN social
media platforms.
● Create templates for visual materials that UN partner agencies can use/modify according to their
needs (in vector format), including visuals for social media, posters, banners, etc.
● Create templates for visual materials for 50 communities supported by UNFPA within the project
“Cities and Communities free from Domestic Violence”. Additionally, the vendor must create 50
customised templates – this involves making adjustments to each template for specific city or
communities, specifying the name of the community and the gender-based violence (GBV) services
available within it (these services vary by community). This specific activity is for UNFPA only and to
be funded by UNFPA budget only (within the #2 deliverable).

● Provide a final report on social media metrics and overall conclusions regarding the achievement of
campaign goals at the end of the SMM support period.
7. Other Activities:
● The creative vendor may suggest additional or alternative activities they consider effective based on
their expertise and the provided campaign information.
● Identify and propose thought leaders, influencers, and thematic communities that align with the
campaign's goals for potential collaboration (pro bono proposals prioritised).
6. Promotion and Reporting:
