Video course: "How to Communicate Sensitively During Wartime"

Video course: "How to Communicate Sensitively During Wartime"

How does war affect our well-being and communication with others?

How to talk properly with the military? How to support bereaved families?

How can we get along when we share a common experience of war, while each of us is living it through in their own way?

How empathic communication can help our society to become stronger and people — more resilient?

These topics and much more will be covered in the new video course on empathic communication by our experts:

Tetyana Troshchynska, Editor-in-Chief of Hromadske Radio, host, empathic communication coach, and Ksenia Voznitsyna, neurologist, Director of the Center for Psychological Health and Rehabilitation of Veterans “Lisova Polyana” of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

And also a guest expert — Maksym Kolesnikov, a veteran of Ukraine's Armed Forces.

This course is designed for a wide range of Ukrainians, including military/veterans and their families, bereaved families, displaced Ukrainians, and families hosting IDPs.

The course consists of five lectures, covering the most worrying issues for every Ukrainian.
