The Children Picture Contest started at the beginning of September and was held among students of 7-11 grades of secondary, vocational schools and extracurricular educational institutions, boarding schools, orphanages, gymnasiums of Zakarpattya region.

The main objective of the Contest was to promote children’s and adolescent creativity, attracting the widest possible range of young people for active creative work and promote healthy lifestyles among them.

The First Round Jury received 209 pictures from students all over the region, 37 of which were selected for the Second Round of the Contest. UNFPA will award the winners will be selected by October 30.
