TATOHUBS' NETWORK
The TATOhub network has grown to 15 hubs, adding 3 new centers in Ternopil, Uzhhorod, and Khmelnytskyi.
ТАТОhub is an all-Ukrainian network of spaces for men who are already fathers or are planning to become fathers, created to popularize the topics of responsible parenthood and gender equality, as well as developing parental competencies through training and entertainment with children. In this community, psychologists and experts help to understand better the partner relationship with the wife, the role of fathers, child psychology, non-conflict communication and parenting, violence prevention, sex education, and the part of the husband during pregnancy and childbirth.
During the war, TatoHubs’ Network, reprofiled into family-friendly public spaces, has provided psychological support to families, conducting joint activities for parents and children. TatoHubs have become informal centers for integrating IDPs in host communities and adapting families to live in crisis.
In most cases, TatoHubs’ psychologists helped with emotional burnout, coping with fear, managing stress, and anxiety, experiencing loss, guilt, uncertainty, inability to plan and adapt to wartime life, conflict solving, and prevention of domestic violence and nonviolent childcare.

PROMOTION OF GENDER EQUALITY IN THE CORPORATE SECTOR
EQUALLY VALUABLE IN BUSINESS
The UNFPA office in Ukraine works to build a society free from gender stereotypes and violence.
In 2019, UNFPA created Ukraine's first Corporate Alliance and Responsible Business Rating, which intensified its efforts for gender equality, non-discrimination, and prevention of domestic violence.
To deepen UNDP's partnership with the corporate sector in the direction of gender equality and to promote the concept of "family-friendly policies" during the war, the media project "Equal Valuable in Business" was implemented.
The topic of the project is corporate practices aimed at supporting employees and their families during the war, including gender equality, non-discrimination, and prevention of domestic violence.
