Goal
The purpose of the service provision is to program an online course according to the scenario provided by UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, using already recorded video and audio materials for the online training course for social workers and psychologists.
According to the prepared materials, the final product will consist of one module: "Module 3. Case Management to assist individuals affected by domestic and gender-based violence." The new training module should be created based on the materials provided by UNFPA and in the style of the already developed online course modules.
The previous two modules were built on Moodle.
Task
Work on the online course includes programming the online course on https://knowledgestudio.org.ua/. Overall, the online course, as per the initial breakdown, consists of:
- Approximately 130 variable slides/screens
- Approximately 20 graphs/diagrams requiring unified design
- 30 test questions to assess acquired knowledge
- Not less than 20 links to other internet resources (Ukrainian laws, regulations, videos, report forms, materials, and guides)
- Up to 250 videos
- Up to 304 audio recordings by a female voice, with a total duration of approximately 30 minutes
- Up to 304 audio recordings by a male voice, with a total duration of approximately 30 minutes
Additionally, the execution of the work entails:
- Proofreading and editing of provided textual materials (up to 100 pages A4)

Questions or requests for additional clarification can be asked during the organizational meeting, which will take place on August 2 at 11:00 via Zoom (the conference link will be provided later).

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section IV and III, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, are to be sent by e-mail to the secured e-mail and contact person indicated below no later than: Friday, 09 August 2024 at 17:00 Kyiv time. Proposals sent to any other address will not be considered.

Please note the following guidelines for electronic submissions:
- The following reference must be included in the email subject line: RFQ Nº UNFPA/UKR/RFQ/24/18. Proposals that do not contain the correct email subject line may be overlooked by the procurement officer and therefore not considered.
- The total email size may not exceed 20 MB (including email body, encoded attachments, and headers). Where the technical details are in large electronic files, it is recommended that these be sent separately before the deadline.
