Analytical research on women’s participation in the labour force in Ukraine11 september 2014
The authors of this research aimed: to carry out in-depth analysis of the present problems of gender inequality in the Ukrainian labour market and to describe its basic features; to investigate workers’ opportunities to combine employment and family obligations; to study peculiarities of income generation of the Ukrainian men and women, in particular to assess the scales of unaccounted work and the contribution of women; to outline public attitudes to discrimination in employment and to assess the frequency of its occurrence.
