"We had many women coming to the perinatal center from areas near the combat zone, as well as from territories that were under the control of Russian armed forces. They came from Kupiansk, Kivsharivka, and other dangerous regions of the Kharkiv region. However, thanks to the dignity kits, mothers could receive everything necessary for themselves and their babies during the initial period," shares Yulia Serhiivna, a specialist at the Municipal Perinatal Center of the Kharkiv City Council.

Over the past three months, more than two thousand mothers have been provided with dignity kits in nine regions of Ukraine.

During wartime, women, especially those who are expecting or have just given birth, need particular support. Each dignity kit contains essential items to ensure comfort and warmth. We share photos of mothers who received these much-needed dignity kits during this challenging time.
