Do you want to start cool projects, or are you already implementing something exciting, but need new knowledge and inspiration? The mentorship programme Mentorplace 1.4 Project Management is open for young people to sign up.
Mentoring is important to get valuable information from people who have experience in project management and are willing to share it.
The mentoring programme means:
- opportunity to learn the ins and outs as well as the necessary competencies for the profession from the inside;
- practical advice on finding a job and building a career in project management;
- feedback from an expert if you have an idea or developed a project and want to know what to improve;
- advice on books, courses and other resources that will help you gain knowledge in the field of project management, gain an understanding of general management, develop multitasking, strategic thinking and communication skills;
- inspiring cases from the mentor’s experience of implementing their business projects.
When?
December 2 to December 23
During this time, you will be able to communicate/meet with your mentor in a way that is convenient for both of you (online or offline).

Target audience: young people aged 18-25 who want to develop or are already working in project management but looking for inspiration and new experience.
The mentorship programme is organised by the Centre for the Development of Corporate Social Responsibility with the support of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Ukraine and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
