Sources of electricity

• The main source of electricity is external networks to which the module is connected after installation and deployment.

• Two independent mains lines, the first mains for powering computer and other equipment, including light, the second mains for heating and air conditioning.

• The module has a special electric socket (socket-plug) - an interface for connecting each line with a switchboard.

• Electric generator is installed on the car.

• Additional backup system - batteries with a 220 V inverter, which will be able to ensure the operation of 3 computers, the Internet and the lighting system in the office for one hour (average hourly consumption 2000W/h).

• Uninterruptible power supply (car batteries) are equipped with a charger.

• Electric split system with a cooling capacity of at least 2.5 kW.

• The vehicle is equipped with air conditioners to each room

Heating

• The main source of heating is 2-4 electric heaters. Heaters are permanently installed in 1, 2, 3 rooms

• Back-up heating – autonomous heater on diesel fuel with a heat capacity of 3 kW.

• In transport mode – an additional heater, which is located in the SRC block and works from the car's heating system.

Lighting

• Built-in lamps provide 200 lux illumination of the workplace.

• Each room has 4 spotlights.

• Switches - separately for each room, two groups of lamps: 220 Volt and 12 Volt, transport and emergency lighting.
 - outdoor lighting - for lighting the outdoor open space 4 (picture bellow)

Design

• The outside body of the van trailer must be designed using SRC branding (link will be added)

Body floor

• Finishing - transport wear-resistant linoleum with thermal insulation.

Thermal insulation of the floor - 90 mm

Windows

• 3 windows on the starboard side (1 in each room) and 2 windows on the port side (1 and 2 rooms). The dimensions of the windows are not less than 800x790 mm.

• 1 window in the door.

The type of windows is a special automobile window that is intended for installation in buses and other vehicles for transporting passengers.

The windows are equipped with solar blinds in the inner part of the module.

Doors

• The door is equipped with a window.

• The door unit is attached to the metal cladding.

• Type of door opening – rotary, to the outside of the room.

• All side walls of the doors contain sealing gaskets made of silicone materials or frost-resistant rubber.

• The door has a latch lock.

• The door is equipped with additional steps to facilitate access to the mobile office space.

Body walls and ceilings

• Thermal insulation of the ceiling - 70 mm.

• Thermal insulation of the walls – 50 mm.

• Exterior and interior decoration – aluminum composite panels

Starlink with internal Wi-Fi network

Each room has power outlets.
Double sockets are placed near the work table in each room (1-3). One more socket for the heater is in each room. Also double socket is placed near the table outside (open space). In room 3 there is also a double socket for refrigerator and water cooler system.

Above each outlet is the inscription 220 Volts/8 Amps.

Video surveillance system is provided.

Panic buttons are in room 1 and 2.

Fire extinguishers in each room.

Bidding shall be conducted through ONE envelope. The technical bid containing the technical specifications and the financial bid containing the price information shall be submitted together.

 

Documents to be submitted with the bid:

  4. Technical bid, including product catalogue to demonstrate that specification and quality of the products are in line with the requirements listed in the bidding documents

Validity of Bid:

The prices of the bid shall be valid for 120 days after the closing date of bid submission as specified by UNFPA. A bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by UNFPA.

Delivery Time:

The maximum allowed delivery time is 120 days upon issuing of purchase order.

 

Evaluation of Bids:

UNFPA shall compare all substantially responsive bids to determine the lowest priced substantially responsive bid.

A substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the terms, conditions, and specifications of the bidding documents without material deviation, reservation, or omission. A material deviation, reservation, or omission is one that:

  1. affects in any substantial way the scope, quality, or performance of the goods and related services specified in the contract; or
  2. limits in any substantial way, inconsistent with the bidding documents, UNFPA’s rights or the bidder’s obligations under the contract; or
  3. if rectified would unfairly affect the competitive position of other bidders presenting substantially responsive bids.

 

Contract Award:

UNFPA shall award the contract to the lowest priced bidder(s) whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive with the bidding documents, including the maximum allowable lead time. Note: if partial bids are allowed, the lowest evaluated bidder will be evaluated by commodity type.
